Description

Handle access, correction, erasure, grievance and nomination requests through six tracked stages, shown through an insurer.

A policyholder asks an insurance company what personal data it holds about him. The DPDP Act gives people the right to access, correct, complete, update and erase their data, raise grievances and nominate someone, and grievances must be answered within 90 days.

In TrustOS every request enters one controlled intake and moves through six stages: received, verified, assigned, actioned, reviewed and closed. Owners are assigned, response periods are tracked, every message is logged, and closure evidence stays with the request for audit.
