A user signs up on a payments app and taps agree. Under the DPDP Act, consent must be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, and withdrawing it must be as easy as giving it.
TrustOS configures the consent experience and records every decision with the exact notice version the user saw, in a tamper evident record. Users review their choices and withdraw through a Privacy Centre, and TrustOS tracks the resulting actions to completion, so the full consent history is available whenever a question comes up.
