TrustOS is built and run by Code Colonies Private Limited, a consulting, technology and AI company. We built it because DPDP programmes kept stalling at the same point: the policy was written, and nobody could run it across the systems that hold the data.
What TrustOS does
Every obligation becomes assigned, tracked work with evidence.
That is the whole idea, and every module follows it. The chain is the same for a notice, a withdrawal, an erasure or a breach.
Requirement
A duty from the Act or the Rules, written against the data and systems it touches.
Responsibility
A named person or team, with a due date.
Action
The work itself, done in the systems that hold the data and confirmed by the system or person that did it.

Work that keeps the record
A register nobody updates is worse than none. Every duty in TrustOS is a task with an owner, so the record stays true because it is how the work gets done.
Your data, your control
A map of your personal data is sensitive. You can run TrustOS inside your own infrastructure and take the source code, or have us host it in India.
Plain language
Notices people can understand, reports a board can read, and guides that explain the law without jargon or false certainty.

- We publish no certification or audit report claims. If your vendor review needs specific evidence, we answer your questionnaire directly.
